Education has been a part of my entire life, whether in the classroom, on the field or working with potential homebuyers. I want to build relationships with all my clients so when they make the decision to purchase or sell a home, they feel very confident in that decision-making process.
Training and Designations:
As an Educator for 29 years, I know “respect” is a two-way street. You must show respect in order to earn it, and my hope is that “respect” will ultimately be the word used to describe my reputation. Respect and building relationships is what this community needs and what will help it continue to thrive. Working as a teacher, coach and principal, I met the most amazing people and learned that listening is key to achieving a goal. Working with clients, whether buying or selling a home, this same principal of listening is equally important.
"Kyle Balke was very knowledgeable about the area. He was quick to respond to our questions and needs. He truly had our best interest in mind, and fought for us to get the house, repairs, and insurance we needed. He was very supportive through our buying process. We have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.” ~ Travis and Jennifer Holloway
The highest compliment I can receive is the referral of friends and family.
Thank you for your Trust!
If you are a Seller...
If you are a Buyer...
Kyle is more than a realtor, he goes above and beyond. He is intuitive and perceptive, two qualities that are helpful when you are in the fog of selling a house and moving. You can trust him to be truthful and work for your best interest.

I contacted Kyle when my parents expressed an interest in moving back to Amarillo, Kyle provided me a list of available rental property in Amarillo. Although my parents decided not to make the move, I appreciated the time Kyle spent with us. The next time I need a realtor, I'll definitely contact Kyle.

My sister and I worked with Kyle to sell my Dad's house after we had to move him to a rest home in Amarillo. Kyle did an excellent job in getting the home sold within one week. During the closing process, Kyle had to make numerous trips to the rest home to work with my 94-year-old Dad to get all the paperwork completed. He went above and beyond what was expected to get the sale completed. I would work with Kyle any time on the purchase or sale of a home. Thanks again for all the help!!

We heartily recommend Kyle. We went along many times when he was showing houses to our daughter and her husband. He didn't mind showing them as many homes as they wanted. There was never any pressure for them to buy quickly. He recommended against several that looked good but from his experience, he could tell they had underlying issues. Our toddler grandchildren tagged along on many of these trips and Kyle was wonderful with them. They loved him.
